I think they were amazing, welcoming and very professional. Made my visit to York so much easier especially having a 4 year old with me . I will 100% be using them again as I travel to York regularly.
Was super convenient - only 7-8 mins walk from the station. No waiting time. 5 GBP per bag. Only feedback I have is that Bounce charged 3.3 GBP service fee on a 10 GBP bill. 33% charge is too high.
