The location is a bit tricky but it’s down a little alley and the name of the hotel “hotel Lisa” is on a vertical black and white sign that can be seen from both ends. The staff was very kind, we changed our arrival and departure times and it was no issue. The bags were in the kept in the lobby but the desk attendant was there both times we arrived so it seemed they were being watched continuously.
Friendly staff and the place just on the back side of Kyoto Station.
It would be nice if the yellow "Tam Tam" sign could be kept out front in the street until closing. I arrived at 17:45, and the sign was already removed, so I felt lost. There's no other exterior signs for this business.

Kimono Kiccho was a great location to store our bags - it’s next to a subway stop that gets you to Kyoto station in just one stop. The owner was very kind and friendly. I liked that he checked the QR code and tagged our bags, and gave us the tags to show him later when we come back to pick up our bags. Both drop off and pick up was fast. I would recommend this location to others!
